Coffee Planter commits suicide.

Another one bites the dirty dust,and they say alls well in the coffee heartland of India.Â
Worried over heavy borrowing, a person committed suicide at Somwarpet.
According to police,G.S.Lingaraju, 45, committed suicide by hanging inside an estate. Lingaraju was reportedly missing since 12th of June.
An estate worker found a decomposed body in a hanging position from a tree at Gejjehanakodu near Somwarpet on Wednesday. Investigations revealed that the body belonged to Lingaraju and he has committed suicide unable to repay loan amounts. He leaves wife and two children.

Read in Brahmagiri, that some crores of fund designated to be distributed to farmers and planters in coorg because of the losses suffered , due to drought and failing(coffee) crops,and erratic market prices,has been returned back. I just cant understand,why?
